Dr. Lochhead is an Idaho neurosurgeon serving the Boise, Idaho Metropolitan area. He specializes in Cranial Neurosurgery, Minimally invasive and Complex Spinal Surgery, Adult Deformity, Scoliosis and Peripheral Nerve.

Dr. Lochhead attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree and earned his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed a general surgery internship at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. His neurosurgery residency training included the Barrow Neurological Institute and St. Joseph’s Hospital. He additionally completed a Skull Base Surgery Fellowship at the International Neuroscience Institute.

Dr. Lochhead is a member of the Neurosurgical Review, American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
